Yes, it’s here again! STaRT-2013 is declared open!

That’s all, folks. Stop yearning now & start the action. Resonance has rolled out, today, the second edition of its mega national-level talent search examination STaRT-2013 with more prizes, more scholarships, more participation and more competition.

Oh Yes! This year, Class V students can also participate in it along with Class VI - XII. Not only this, along with students of Science stream we have also invited students of Class XI & XII from Non-Science streams like Commerce, Arts & Others. So, did we leave anyone behind? Nope.

The prizes & scholarships, magnanimously bestowed in quality, quantity, value & volume constitute 11-days NASA-USA Tour & Gold Medal to National Winners of each class; All India Rank-2 will get a reward of 9 Day’s CERN-ESA-Europe Tour & Silver Medal while AIR-3 will be awarded with Science Centre-Singapore tour of 6 days & Bronze medal. Besides this, there are laptops, tablet PCs, digital cameras & sports watches for upto 200 ranks in each class. A total of 1800 prizes worth Rs 75 lakhs & huge scholarship worth Rs. 4 crores are lined up to crown the chosen ones.

Scholarship & Talent Reward Test (STaRT) is a national talent-o-meter that Resonance created to reach out, spot, gauge, reward & nurture talented students across the country & support them in fulfilling their career aspirations. It is a unique two-stage national level talent test with biggest prizes & awards to the winning students. The Stage-I is a qualifying exam for the Stage-II followed by Felicitation Function & Champion’s Camp at Kota.

STaRT puts a school-going student in direct competition with thousands & lakhs of students across the country from the very first day of enrolling for the event. This benchmarking at school/city/state & at National Level not only helps the student in assessing his/her own performance but also help him in analyzing the areas of further improvement to plan his/her preparedness for the future.

The event was greeted with tremendous response & wonderful feedbacks in its first edition in 2012 when nearly 82000 students & 500 schools decided to take a big leap forward to be at the top. The top of the lot who claimed the peak positions were rewarded with top prizes including International Tours to NASA, USA & Science Centre, Singapore. The positive experiences & successful results achieved with STaRT-2012 and desire among the students for its comeback, have given us an impetus to move ahead with the second edition i.e. STaRT-2013.
